Female Innovation Programme (P/G Certificate in Innovation Management)
This programme specifically provides access to 12 females from family owned or managed businesses access to a P/G Certificate in Innovation Management. The programme has been supported by the European Social Fund and Glasgow Caledonian University.
The programme content includes exploration of 5 areas within each participant company themed around Innovation.

- Total Quality Management & Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge & Information
- Product and Process
In addition companies will receive business mentoring and financial training.
